Family Portraits: The Broke Legacy

simgaroopI've just learned how to turn a set of skintones into defaults. So, I edited a couple Circonflex skintones and I finally have a set I'm almost 100% happy with. The S1 skin is a bit too pale for my tastes, but I can live with that, because at least the four tones now look different enough for my computer graphics.
So, to try them out, I opened my three neighborhoods and took pics of all my sims. I was asked to take a pic for a banner (which I won't show for now, for that reason), but I also took some "Family Portraits" for a set of paintings to decorate my lots. In the end I got lazy, so I'll recolor the painting later, but for now I'll show you them the results. I'm quite pleased with how they came out.
This entry includes the family portraits from the Broke Legacy. I'll post the ones from Twin Island later tonight.

Date: 2008-06-10 08:16 am (UTC)Regardless, gorgeous pictures. The kids this generation are an interesting mix. Very unique looking features. Chip reminds me of someone. I can't think of who, though.

Date: 2008-06-10 07:02 pm (UTC)I didn't include the spouses because of a very minor "technical difficulty". I somehow deleted my "Lilith Clone" file and just noticed once I were playing around in CAS. I'd had to exit my game, clone her from SimPe from a clean Pleasantview template and re-load the Sims if I wanted her to show up.
And because
I'm very impatientmy game takes quite a bit of time to load, I decided to go without the spouses for these portraits. Now that I have Lilith, though, I'll make a few wedding portraits to decorate the house ^^.
