The $100,000 LTW isn't really that hard. If they're good in terms of skills - my sims usually have all skills maxed by the time they leave college - then they just hop from job to job because the higher level promotions and stuff give pretty big bucks. :3 The first sim I had with that LTW had it fulfilled about a week before she turned into an elder, I think.
