The teen Wanda hair is from Rose Sims. I think it's a donation hair (a fairly recent one), so you can find it in the Booty.
As for the child Wanda hair, the short one (at the beginning of the update) is pay hair #48 from RaonSims. The curly one with the pin is pay hair #40 from the same site. Both are also at the booty.
