I'll be sad to see the Brokes go, but as tanathir said, you don't owe your readers anything, and it's amazing of you to take the time and plan ahead enough to give them a proper ending! I hope you'll still post in your journal, and I'd love to see drabbles of the descendants as well. Best of luck!
