Yeah, after the whole alien skin fiasco, I've decided to make a Custom Content Links List for three main reasons:
1. So I won't forget ever again where I got my stuff from!
2. For anyone who might wonder where I dowloaded something after seeing it on my pictures.
3. To give credit to the awesome FREE creators in this community. Thank you for your lovely job!
So, before going to the list, a disclaimer:
Yes, I'm anti-paysites. I paid for my game and my expansion packs, but I won't pay for custom content. I don't agree with people who charge for fanmade stuff in general. It's as stupid as if I suddenly locked my journal and asked people to "donate" so they can see my legacy updates or fanfics. And in the case of custom content, most of it is made with the help of tools from FREE creators! That's not fair!
So, the very first site I'm gonna link is, of course: PAYSITES MUST BE DESTROYED!
The second site I'm gonna link then is MODTHESIMS2. It's an awesome, awesome site! You can find everything there, and most of the stuff is good quality. And it's FREE! Compared to MTS2 (and the many free creators I'm listing below), the paysites should feel ashamed.
