Well, I can't build anything, but I'm pretty good at finding useful lots sets for storytelling.
The set used in this story is the Death Star (http://linna.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=282505) by V1nd1care. Combined with this space sky (http://linna.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=282505) from Crocobaura, it makes an awesome space set :).
