Actually the names of Olive's ex-husbands were Maxis' creations :S. If you look at her memories, you'll see all these marriages and deaths.
I was pretty amused when I checked them, because they are vague enough to let you imagine your own version of her life story. For example, you could also interpret that she cheated both Earl Lee and Hugh Thanasia with their respective brothers, because they seemed to have died shortly after.
