It's not that hard, actually, because most of the time they just act according to their personalities. Most of my pics come from "normal playing" and I try to not pose them (or at least, as little as possible).
That's how I play it too, I think it would loose a lot of the fun if I had to pose every single pic. Some pics I have to go back in and pose them but most I don't.
